REMINDER CDC Check In: Every day before bringing your student to school, you will need to fill out the CDC COVID-19 Screening Test for your child. If it is safe for your student to come to school, the CDC Test will send you to an “Approved” page. You will need to present the Approved page to a St. Anthony faculty member when you drop off your student. If your student does not have an Approved page for that day, they will not be allowed on campus.

Open Enrollment for the 2021-2022 School Year: If you know of any family who is interested in enrolling a new student at St. Anthony for the 2021-2022 school year, please invite them to call the school office. Every recommended family for the next school year, who registers and pays registration fee, the recommending family’s registration fee will be waived for one student for the 2021-2022 school year. This is for new, not returning families. One referral discount per family, per year.

CATHOLIC EDUCATION FOUNDATION TUITION ASSISTANCE FORMS: for the 2021-2022 school year please contact Mrs. Duran (duran@sasoxnard) for the information you will need for your virtual appointment. Your 2019 income taxes will be required.

Re-Registration for the 2021-2022 School Year: To secure your space for the 2021-2022 school year you will need to go online to Gradelink and register for the upcoming year. If you need assistance logging on to your account on Gradelink please email Mrs. Duran at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Last day to re-enroll is April 1st at 3:00pm. Important: You will need a computer or iPad.

PRE-SCHOOL ENROLLMENT: Information and financial aid forms are available. Our preschool director, is available to answer any questions you may have. Preschoolers must be 2.5 years of age and potty-trained.

Spring Pictures: Will be taken on Tuesday, March 23rd. Free dress may be worn for those students taking pictures. Please follow free dress guidelines.

Easter See’s Candy Fundraiser: began on February 22nd and continues to March 19th. Let us make this fundraiser a huge success!

Fish Fry: Please come out and support this school fundraiser from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. Invite family and friends to join us every Friday during Lent. Pre-order DRIVE thru ONLY no inside dining. Order tickets here!

A Lenten Evening of PrayerJoin Fr. Paul Sustayta on March 25th from 6:30 to 7:30pm via Zoom. This is a great opportunity to prepare for Holy Week. See enclosed flyer. All are welcome!

2nd Trimester Report Cards: will be sent home on Tuesday, March 23rd. Please sign the report card envelope and return by April 1st.

St. Patrick’s Day Free Dress: students will be allowed to wear green shirts and jeans on Wednesday, March 17th, in honor of St. Patrick. Please follow free dress guidelines outlined in the parent handbook. See enclosed flyer.

Lunch Supervision: We are in need of help during lunch time. Supervision is from 11:30am to 1:00pm. Please sign up by using Parent Booker. This is a great opportunity to put in your service hours, so you are not charged at the end of the year.

Health and Safety: Parents screen students before leaving for school. Students should stay at home if any of the following symptoms are displayed: a temperature 99.5 or higher, substantial congestion (not caused by allergies), cough, sore throat, nausea, stomachache, earache; symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or if they have had close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days. If your child is late, please have the CDC screening available to show office staff.

Monthly Tuition: Per your financial contract your monthly payment should be available for withdraw on the day you selected. Tuition begins to pull 3 days before your due date. Please ensure that it is available and that you stay current because it effects payroll, medical benefits, and utilities. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Fundraising Efforts: Per your family contract our fundraising efforts will continue as outlined in your contract. Did you know you can earn your $300.00 fundraising commitment and not sell anything? That is right, just use our gift card (scrip) program. You have options to purchase physical or e-cards you can use for your purchases of groceries, gas, and eating out, just to name a few. There are also 2 mobile options; Raise Right and Benefit Mobile. Gift cards are not just for giving, they are a terrific way to raise over and above your commitment. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Duran or Mrs. Cottam in the front office and they will be happy to assist you.

St. Anthony’s School Text Line: As we continue to enhance communication with our parents, we are happy to continue to use our school’s text line through Remind. We will be able to send you reminders via text message. Simply open a text and enter 81010 and in the message box type @dnhe send. We are now connected!
