Spring Raffle: PTO is hosting a spring raffle. Tickets will be sold at $2.00. First prize will be $2000.00, second prize $1000.00 and third prize $500. Winners will be announced at our school Color Run on April 28th. 100% of tickets sold will be applied to your fundraising. Each family will be given 3 books of 20 tickets to be sold. If you are not interested in selling tickets they must be returned by Friday, March 10th by 3pm. No tickets will be accepted for return after the March 10th deadline. This is a great way to fulfill your fundraising agreement.
Re-Registration for the 2023-2024 School Year is now open: To secure your space for the 2023-2024 school year you will need to go online to Gradelink and register for the upcoming year. Last day to re-enroll is March 29, 2023, at 3:00pm. Important: You will need a computer or iPad.
Service Hours Invoice: Mrs. Cottam sent the 2022-2023 service hours invoices, via email, last week. Although you can keep track of your hours on Parent Booker, I thought it would be helpful for you to see the invoice amount at this time. The invoice has been credited for all approved hours through 2/16/2023. You have until May (about 8 weeks) to complete your hours. In order to complete hours, you may do lunch duty or volunteer at PTO events.
CATHOLIC EDUCATION FOUNDATION TUITION ASSISTANCE FORMS: for the 2023-2024 school year are available please contact Mrs. Duran (duran@sasoxnard) for the information you will need for your onsite appointment at Santa Clara High School. Your 2021 income taxes are required.
Lenten Fish Fry: Please come out and support this school fundraiser from 5:00pm to 7:00pm every Friday during Lent. Click here to pre-order your plates, see flyer for more information.
Easter See’s Candy Fundraiser: continues to March 23rd. Let us make this fundraiser a huge success!
Parent Help During Fish Fry: We ask that you please show up for your fish fry shift. We depend on everyone’s efforts to make this event a success. If you are not able to attend your shift, please remove yourself from Parentbooker within 24 hours so that other parents may fill that shift. If you’re a no show, we will bill your fundraising account $75. We depend on all our SAS families to make this a successful event.
Open Enrollment for the 2023-2024 School Year: If you know of any family who is interested in enrolling a new student at St. Anthony for the 2023-2024 school year, please invite them to call the school office and schedule a personal tour. Every recommended family for the next school year, who registers and pays registration fee, the recommending family’s registration fee will be waived for one student for the 2023-2024 school year. This is for new, not returning families. One referral discount per family, per year.
Lunch Supervision: We need parents to help during lunch time. Supervision is from 11:30am to 1:00pm. Please sign up on Parentbooker if you’re available. This is a great opportunity to earn credit for your 2022-2023 volunteer hours.
St. Anthony’s School Text Line: As we continue to enhance communication with our parents, we are happy to continue to use our school’s text line through Remind.
