Welcome to our PTO Board Members: Thank you to those who were present at last night’s PTO board meeting and accepted to be a part of our group. We are excited to welcome Henry Montelongo as our PTO president. We meet on the 1st Monday of the month at 6pm.

STAR Testing: Please note that STAR testing for grades TK-8 has begun and will end on September 19th. It is important that your children sleep and eat well and are dropped off on time for school. Make every effort to schedule any doctor appointments for after school.

No School: On Friday, September 22nd, for preschool to 8th grade for staff development at St. Paschal’s in Thousand Oaks. Have a great 3-day weekend!

2:00pm Dismissal: Starting September 20th, moving forward every Wednesday we will have 2:00pm dismissal. This will allow us to work on our curriculum mapping. Our first Wednesday of the month will remain a noon dismissal. Please keep your monthly calendar handy for a quick reference.

SAS Color Run: get your running shoes on and be ready for our SAS Color Run on Friday, October 17th. Our goal is to raise $20,000 from this fundraiser. Every family should raise $120 in pledges. This will credit your fundraising account 100%. Every student will participate in helping us reach our goal. More information to come.

First student body Mass and Student Council Installation: will be on Thursday, September 14th, at 9:00am. Students must be in complete Mass Day uniform. All are welcome!
