Personal History:
I began my teaching career in the spring of 2004 as a student teacher at Hueneme High School. In the fall of 2004, I started my first full year as a teacher, here at St. Anthony School. I was the 6th grade homeroom teacher for two years, and the 8th grade homeroom teacher for five years. During my seven years in the junior high, I taught Religion, Social Studies, and Spelling/Vocabulary. For my eighth year of teaching, I decided to challenge myself by teaching: Civics, Economics, Sociology, and Psychology to high school seniors. I made the decision to return to St. Anthony School; a community that I consider my second home. I feel humble teaching here - a place that truly has helped me become a better Catholic and grow in my faith. I enjoy spending time with my family and three dogs, watching sports, and reading.
