We’re excited to kick off another great year of school athletics and invite all interested students to join our basketball program. Please review the information below carefully to ensure your child is properly registered.
Registration Requirements
If your child would like to play basketball this season, please complete the following steps:
Pay the $50 registration fee in the school office or click on the link/QRcode below. https://square.link/u/5btPDl2n
Submit the required forms based on your child’s grade level:
Grades 3–8 Boys: City and SAS Permission Slips
Grades 3–5 Girls: City and SAS Permission Slips
TK–2 Boys and Girls: SAS Permission Slip only
Grades 7–8 Girls: SAS Permission Slip only
Review and sign required documents online on our website and SAS APP:
